TIA

TIA and William Loveland College (WLC) have announced an agreement to offer a new Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in logistics to TIA members and the larger logistics community.

Great news for TIA Members: WLC has agreed to take portfolio credit for up to 4 semester credit hours towards the MBA for anyone that has successfully completed TIA’s Certified Transportation Broker (CTB) program and up to 3 semester credit hours for anyone that has successfully completed TIA’s Ethics in Transportation Brokerage course.

This means you could be 15% of the way finished before you even start!

WLC's 45-credit hour Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is designed to teach graduates the skills to succeed as well-rounded business professionals. Students take foundational courses on business research and strategy, core business courses centered on traditional operating models, and supply chain focused courses. The program culminates in a research thesis that allows the student to do a deep exploration of a topic of interest that is academically relevant to the field.

The WLC MBA prepares students to fill business leadership roles as managers in large corporate environments. For entrepreneurs, the WLC MBA provides the necessary business acumen for successful and innovative business operations including building and leveraging supply chains for competitive advantages.

The normal tuition for the program is $100 per credit hour for a total of $4,500. Textbooks are included and there are no other fees.

To celebrate our 'relaunch' we are offering a special tuition of $3,600 for the MBA program from September 1, 2014 to October 31, 2014!
