Ray Mooney, Board of Directors
Mr. Mooney is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and serves on the financial advisory committee for WLC. He has over 30 years of experience as the financial advisor for a multi-million dollar marketing company. Mr. Mooney is the President of Ray Mooney Associates.
Barbara Rembiesa, Board of Directors
Dr. Barbara A. Rembiesa, is the Principal, Founder, Chief Executive Officer and President of International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers, Inc. ("IAITAM"), the professional association for individuals and organizations involved in any aspect of IT Asset Management. She is the author of over 48 professional education courses, including the World recognized ITAM Best Practice Library. Three of the IAITAM Certification Courses that she authored (CSAM, CHAMP and CITAM) have been accredited by DEAC for the Master of Science in Information Technology – with a concentration in Asset Management (M.S.I.T.A.M.) offered by William Howard Taft University. Dr. Rembiesa is an active participant in the International Standards Organization (ISO) for software asset management and has been granted the Platinum Special Contributor award for her work on the ISO/IEC SAM Standards Working Group (WG 21).
Patrick Spada, Board of Directors
Mr. Spada has dedicated over thirty five years as an administrator in various post secondary colleges and school. Prior to Mr. Spada joining the Board of William Loveland College he was the Chairman and founder of Aspen University from 2003 through 2010. In 2010 Aspen was purchased by a an investment group and Mr. Spada retired for several years before becoming a consultant and then board member for William Loveland College. He is currently engaged in bringing other logistical professionals to help William Loveland College achieve it's mission and goals to provide a quality distance education MBA to the general public. Mr. Spada holds an MBA in Marketing.
Glenn R. Wilson, Board of Directors
Mr. Wilson is the instructor for the International Business Law course, which offers students a comprehensive exploration of international business law as the unifying framework for exploration of the diversity and similarity of how firms are currently regulated and governed around the world. The course uses Case Studies which have been selected for their importance and currency, which have been drawn from a wide range of geographical settings. Mr. Wilson holds a JD from the University of Toledo College of Law and a BA from Bowling Green State University. He is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and before the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, The United States Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit, The United States Court of Federal Claims, The United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court.
David E. Lady, Executive Director
David Lady is a high profile management consultant with strong leadership and analytic capabilities. Typically brought in to save the toughest of ventures through decisive action and strong value identification. He founded William Loveland College in 2013 as a graduate business school to provide advanced study for individuals who want to excel in business and advance their careers. As the driving force behind William Loveland College, Dr. Lady has been instrumental in all facets of bringing the school to market, working closely with regulatory and accrediting bodies, local municipal civic leadership, industry market leaders, and academic experts located all over the world. He has instilled in the school design uncompromising high academic standards alongside industry low tuition, and has assembled some of the best and brightest academic staff and teaching faculty practicing in the field today to administer and deliver the program. Dr. Lady holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Northcentral University, he also holds a MBA, a Master of Science in Information Management (M.Sc.), and a Bachelors of Science in Business (BSBA). Dr. Lady is state certified to teach management and technology courses in the Colorado Community College System (CCCS).
Mark A. Rupert, Chief Information Officer
Mr. Rupert is the Chief Information Officer for WLC. In this role he is responsible for all IT systems and personnel, with a primary focus on business continuity and information security. Mr. Rupert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Mathematics from Grove City College. He is also the CEO of the IT strategy company The Rupert Group (www.rupertgroup.com).
Saied H. Jacob, Chief Academic Officer
Dr. Jacobs holds a PhD in Educational Psychology concentrating on Human Learning and Cognition, From the University of Minnesota. He also holds an M.S. from Illinois State University in Psychology, and a B.S. also from Illinois State University in Social Sciences/Psychology.
Guy Langvardt, Faculty
Dr. Langvardt has been involved in the academic field since he has obtained is degrees. He gained his Ph.D form Capella University, topic of study was in organization and Management specializing in e-Business. He also has a MBA from Thunderbird, school of global management, in International Management with concentration in e-Business Marketing and Chinese-Mandarine language.His BA was gained from Valparaiso University in Psychology with concentration in International Studies.
Michael Kahler, Faculty
Dr. Kahler has held some different positions in the learning industry over the years. He obtained his Ed.D from Argosy University in Educational Leadership. He also graduated from Argosy University with his MA in Curriculum/Instruction. He has a MA in International Affairs from CSU Sacramento. His BS is in International Business from Babson College.
Samila Amanyraoufpoor, Faculty
Dr. Samila has held many different academic positions. She has her DBA in International Business Administration from Alliant University. Her MBA is from the University of Phoenix in Global Management. Two BA's in Business Management and German Literature, both from Tehran Azad University.
